Gold Star Marching Band Schedule

After a successful return to action in 2021, we are back for the Fall 2022 season! Currently we are expecting our usual guests back again for the 2022 season as we learn marching fundamentals. We hope to learn our pregame and first halftime show by the end of band camp.

Here is a tentative schedule for the Fall 2022 season:

8/14-8/22: Band Camp (linked)

8/22: Tentative President's Welcome and Class Picture

9/1: Scheels Block Party at 6:00 PM (5:40 PM Call Time)

9/3: Football vs. Drake

9/4: Parade at Minnesota State Fair

9/10: Football vs. North Carolina A&T

9/24: Red River Farmers Market - Volunteer (11:10 AM Call Time)

9/30: NDSU Homecoming Parade (5:30 PM Step off)

10/1: Homecoming Football vs. Youngstown State (1:00 PM gametime)

10/8: Youth in Music at US Bank Stadium (Minneapolis, MN) (Morning Slot - 4:30 PM)

10/15: Football vs. South Dakota State

10/29: Football vs. Illinois State

11/13: Sounds of the Gridiron Concert (2 PM Start Time)

11/19: Football vs. North Dakota

12/3: Football vs. Montana (Playoffs - 2nd Round - 2:30 PM gametime)

12/10: Football vs. Samford (Playoffs - Quarterfinals - 6 PM gametime)

12/17: Football vs. Incarnate Word (Playoffs - Semifinals - 6 PM gametime)

The GSMB also plays volunteer pep bands at Volleyball, Men's, Women's Basketball, and Soccer games.
