Hey! My name is Kody Robinson and I will be your Vice President for the 2025 Marching Band Season! I am an Instrumental Music Education Major and play the Trumpet!! My first semester in the Gold Star Marching Band really helped redefine who I am as a person and went as far as to influence me to change my major to Music Ed. Hi! My name is Caitlyn Burghard. This is my third year in the GSMB, and I get to be your Secretary this year! Yes, I am from Wyoming, and yes, I know it's not real. I started in band in 4th grade where I started playing the oboe. It changed to trumpet in 5th grade and played it through middle school. I just didn't have time for band anymore, so I unfortunately did not do band for most of high school. By my senior year, my best friend convinced me to join Color Guard. That had to be the best decision of my life, because I have fallen in love with Color Guard ever since. When I am not in band, you can find me playing video games, crocheting, sewing, or baking/cooking. I love meeting new people and answering any questions, so feel free to reach out!

Hi! I’m a sophomore Music Education Major from St. Michael, Minnesota. I play percussion at NDSU. I’m currently a Drum Major with the World Class Seattle Cascades Drum and Bugle Corps. The Gold Star Marching Band helped further my love for the marching arts, and push me to be a better performer every day. Overall, the GSMB is pretty rad!

As the Website Manager, I am in charge of leading the website team that has made the website you are now on!

I've been playing the saxophone since middle school, primarily on Alto and hoping on the Bari when needed. Currently, I'm the oldest returning saxophone member, although I'm unsure what section I'll be on this coming fall.

I'm also a proud member and former Vice President of Membership for the Alpha Theta chapter of Tau Beta Sigma, the National Honorary Sorority for college bands. We help out all bands at NDSU, and also do outreach in greater community of Fargo area to promote the appreciation of the bands and music.
