Matthew Pasch is part-time staff member that serves the band as Drum Major Instructor. From 2018-2022, he was a member of the band in the Mellophone section and was drum major for the 2021 and 2022 seasons. Matthew also was a member of Tau Beta Sigma for 2021 and 2022. He previously taught 6-8 band at Discovery Middle School in Alexandria, MN, as well as being the Assistant Band Director for the Alexandria Area High School Marching Band.
Matthew enjoys performing on his french horn with the Lake Agassiz Wind Symphony, Horns of the North, and the Hot Tub Brass Quintet. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Music Education in May 2023 from NDSU.
